If something's not right

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, just let us know within 14 days and we'll replace it or give your money back. Everything is made by hand, so small differences in colour and size are part of the charm rather than a fault.

Your details

We only keep your name, email and — if you chose delivery — your address, so we can get your order to you. We don't share them with anyone and we don't send marketing. Want them deleted? Just email kohoutal@gmail.com.

Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply whatever this page says.
